Matthew Bossons

I grew up in a suburb of Vancouver and studied journalism there before moving to China in 2014 to work as a journalist and editor. During my eight-plus years overseas, I worked as a freelance writer for major international publications -- The New York Times, CNN, South China Morning Post -- and as a chief editor at several lifestyle publications. I’m thrilled to be now working with the News in Whitehorse, where I cover courts and crime stories from across the Yukon.
